President and CEO
Mr. Lawrence brings more than 27 years of accomplishments in the networking technology industry that include leading Marconi Communication’s Asia Pacific Enterprise Solutions Division. As EVP and Managing Director, Mr. Lawrence established operations in nine countries, launched profitable distribution relationships and strategic alliances, and more than doubled revenues to over $50 million in less than 2 years. During this period, he also served on the boards of two Marconi joint venture manufacturing companies and was responsible for the acquisition and integration of a major Australian systems integration company into Marconi’s AsiaPac operation.
Prior to Marconi, Mr. Lawrence was instrumental in the launch of two successful Silicon Valley networking technology startups and held senior-level positions in sales, marketing, business development, and systems engineering with Fore Systems, Digital Equipment Corporation and Network Systems Corporation. Most recently, Mr. Lawrence was General Manager
of Ellucre Corporation, a San Antonio-based wireless systems integrator, where he successfully built a wireless security and surveillance practice.
Mr. Lawrence earned his BA at the University of Texas.

Matt Reedy
Chief Technology Officer
A recognized leader in San Antonio’s technology industry, Mr. Reedy brings decades of experience and a record of success with startups to Armida. In his previous roles, he has led and helped lead several companies to successful acquisitions and public offerings. Prior to co-founding Armida, Mr. Reedy was co-founder and CEO of IntelliSolve Group Inc, a San Antonio-based data warehousing and business intelligence consulting firm that grew to $2.5 million in annual revenue and 20 employees.
Prior to IntelliSolve, he was co-founder, chairman and chief technology officer of IQ Software Corporation, an Atlanta-based independent software vendor. Mr. Reedy designed and developed the company’s flagship query and reporting software product and headed product development from startup through a $13.5 million IPO in 1992, and two acquisitions in 1995. IQ Software was subsequently acquired by Computer Associates in 2000. Prior to IQ Software, Mr. Reedy was Director of Software Research for Datascan America, an Atlanta and San Antonio-based independent software vendor, where he was hired as the third employee to develop and later lead the development of the company’s ad hoc reporting software product. Datascan grew to $5 million in annual revenue and was subsequently acquired for $12.5 million.
Mr. Reedy has 30 years of experience in software development and technology management, and recently served on the boards of the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative (SATAI) and the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. In 2007, he was inducted into the SATAI Technology Hall of Fame in recognition of his long-standing technology contributions to the city of San Antonio.
Mr. Reedy earned an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a BS in Computer Science from Trinity University.

Sloan Foster
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Foster leads the company's marketing, strategic alliance efforts, and investor relations. Through her team's efforts, several key strategic partnerships have been developed leading to new entries to the market. With ten years of experience in convergence technologies, IP data solutions, and wireless security and surveillance, Ms. Foster has a proven track record of success building sales organizations that consistently exceed revenue goals. She has been instrumental in the launch of several leading edge products and solutions, creating new market opportunities and substantial growth for three technology companies.
Most recently, Ms. Foster established and led the wireless security and surveillance practice for Ellucre Corporation, a San Antonio-based wireless systems integrator. In this role, she was instrumental in establishing the Homeland Security practice on a state and local level. Previously, Ms. Foster held senior level sales positions for Avnet (formerly Kent Datacomm), where she was a key contributor in building and growing the San Antonio Branch. The San Antonio revenue grew over 85% through the sales and marketing effort in converged solutions (voice, data and video) and IP data networking and integration.
Ms. Foster brings to Armida an extensive set of relationships in the security and surveillance industries. Ms. Foster is President of Digital Convergence Initiative, Vice President of Salsa.Net, and serves as President of TASA (Technology Advocates of San Antonio). Additionally, she serves on the Texas Capital Coalition Advisory Board and the Greater Austin – San Antonio Corridor Council Executive Committee, and the Advisory Board of IdeaGin. In 2006, the San Antonio Business Journal named Ms. Foster to their list of "40 Under Forty - San Antonio's Rising Stars". The annual list profiles people in the San Antonio community the Business Journal believes, "...have shown significant career advancement at a young age, commitment to their field, community involvement or a combination of these."
Ms. Foster earned a dual degree in Communications and Psychology from William Jewell College.
